"So frustrating after the sale"
So once they had my money, it felt like everything just slowed down. Replies took forever, and half the time nobody seemed to know what was going on. I had to keep chasing them for even the smallest update. the after-sales service was really disappointing, and I wouldn’t use them again

Support did help me with my transaction, but the replies was slower than I expected. It did get sorted out in the end, just wasn’t the smoothest experience
"Looked better in the photos"
I booked a flat through Luxmi Estates, it looked a lot nicer online than it did in person. The walls had marks on them, a few fittings felt loose, and the bathroom had this damp smell that was literally hard to ignore.
The location was fine, and picking up the keys was straightforward, so that part wasn’t an issue. But once I was actually inside the flat, it just felt tired and not very well looked after. For what I paid, I expected the basics to be in better shape.
I did mention it to them, and they replied, but nothing really changed while I was there. It wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed, but it was definitely disappointing.

"Pricing felt straightforward"
I was relieved that the prices on luxmiestates.com were laid out clearly because I didn’t have to sit there guessing what things might cost or keep asking a bunch of follow-up questions, and while I do think a few of the extra fees could be explained a little more clearly, overall it felt fair, honest, and easy enough to understand.

"Photos were absolutely not what I walked into"
I’m 100% sure the listing said the place was furnished, but when I got there, it definitely was not. The photos made it look one way, and the actual place was completely different.

"Felt a little let down by the service"
I was expecting a better experience, especially because a friend had mentioned they had a decent time with this company before. The agent I dealt with didn’t come across very professional, and the replies were slower than I would’ve liked. It kind of felt like I was having to follow up more than I should. Maybe I just caught them on an off day, but overall it wasn’t a great experience for me...

"Tough to say because I usually like this brand"
I’ve been a loyal customer for a while, so I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the communication was frustrating from the start. Replies took way too long, and it left me feeling like I had to keep chasing for updates. I still like the brand overall, which makes it more disappointing.
